Salmon En Croute For Two

Donzella Wines, known for its remarkable name around Olney for being an Italian Restaurant, have now launched a Salmon En Croute Meal for two, that includes a bottle of wine. Extra wine can be purchased from our website.

This meal has been home made in Gabriella's Olney Kitchen. 

This is a Salmon that is wrapped in spinach, with herby pancake, with homemade puff pastry, served with creamy saffron sauce. Accompanied with Broccoli and new potatoes includes one bottle of wine, for two.

This meal includes one bottle of the following wine. (The wine can be changed if you wish) are the following.

Lison Classico Boron DOCG 2022 

D'ADDARIO - CASALE CILIANI Rosé Negroamaro 

To cook our meal, you must bake for approx 30 minutes, at 190c or gas mark 5.

Using only the finest ingredients to empower your super meal, and only the finest quality of italian wines to accompany your dinner treat.
